The New England Patriots helped celebrate Jo Guenard's 100th birthday on Sunday, Dec. 4, by decking out the Maples Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Wrentham with Patriots birthday decorations and cupcakes as more than 20 friends and family gathered to watch the Patriots game with her.
Jo was surprised with a visit from Pat Patriot, who crashed her birthday party to watch the Pats game with her.
During halftime, the Patriots mascot showed Jo a video of birthday messages for her recorded by running back LeGarrette Blount, defensive back Devin McCourty, wide receivers Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola and kicker Stephen Gostkowski.
The day ended with the Patriots delivering the lifelong fan a memorable present … a 26-10 win over the Los Angeles Rams!
